Library users now have access to even more online resources, with the addition of career skills courses. These online courses will be available starting October 1. Classes are offered through Penn Foster Career School.

Topics covered include basic English, reading skills, basic math, math for business, consumers, and industry, and Microsoft Office. Users can take these courses at their own pace, and the classes can be accessed both inside and outside the library.

To access these classes, you will need your library card number and password (pin number). If you are unsure of your login information, please call the library’s Information Desk at 484-7135 ext. 225.

Due to funding cuts, the library cannot offer in-person computer classes or one-on-one technology help. These online classes are provided by the Chautauqua Cattaraugus Library System, with funds from the New York State Library’s Adult Literacy Library Services Programs.
