Do not call for appointments. Check often for availability. Clinic openings will be posted between 12pm Monday and 6pm Wednesday. Stand by registrations will be posted the following day.
If you are a health care worker
Check with hospitals or the Chautauqua Center. As of 3/5/21 the Chautauqua Center has opened its waitlist. Sign up through their portal on their website HERE. Do not call or email about being put on the waitlist.
