CLSC Virtual Author Talk

The Library will hold a free screening of Chautauqua Institution’s talk with author Fredrik Backman on July 29th from 3:30-4:30. The conversation will center on Backman’s 2019 novel, Anxious People, a Chautauqua Literary and Scientific Circle selection for 2021. Following the author talk, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a Q&A.

Fredrik Backman is the #1 New York Times bestselling author of A Man Called Ove, My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She’s Sorry, Britt-Marie Was Here, Beartown, Us Against You, and Anxious People, as well as two novellas and one work of nonfiction. His books are published in more than forty countries. He lives in Stockholm, Sweden, with his wife and two children.
