Author Visit with Traci Sorell
Author Traci Sorell will visit the library on June 30th to speak about her book “We are Still Here!: Native American Truths Everyone Should Know.” This program is in partnership with Chautauqua Institution’s CLSC Young Readers Program and made possible by a grant from the Elise M. Besthoff Charitable Foundation, Inc.

Cherokee Nation citizen and award-winning author Traci Sorell writes fiction and nonfiction for young people. A former federal Indigenous law attorney and advocate, Traci lives with her family on her tribe’s reservation in northeastern Oklahoma.
