Summer Reading
We have lots of exciting activities planned for this summer at the library!
NEW Summer Reading Dance-off events! Tuesday & Thursday @ 4:30
Learn some hip-hop moves from a local dance instructor and have fun competing for prizes! For ages 8 and up; no dance experience required.
Nature Programs with RTPI – Tuesday @ 2:00
The Roger Tory Peterson Institute is partnering with library and offering weekly nature-themed storytimes and activities. There will be no nature program on July 17.
Pioneer’s Journey – Tuesday July 17 @ 2:00
The Leon Historical Society will bring local history to life in this fun, kid-friendly program about pioneer life in Western New York.
Early Learning Storytime – Tuesday AND Thursday @ 10:30
Stories, rhymes and songs designed for children ages 3-5 and their caregivers.
First Years Storytime – Monday AND Wednesday @ 10:30
Designed for babies and toddlers, and their caregivers. Older siblings welcome!
Minecraft Club – Monday @ 3:30
Join us Mondays as we build and explore! Recommended for ages 8-15.
Makerspace – Tuesday through Friday @ 3:30
Our new makerspace is now open! Each day will feature a different activity, ranging from snap circuits to Lego challenges and 3D design. Come and join the fun!
